WARRANTY INFORMATION
Warranty Period and Type

The following Product Warranty terms start from the date of Computer Gross' invoice to the Reseller, or from the time of delivery if later (Sale):

- 2 years for the product (excluding battery);
- 3 months for the battery.

The Distributor is not authorized to manage the after-sales service on behalf of the Supplier, a service which therefore remains the responsibility of the latter.

For products that are defective when first turned on (DOA), the Reseller will have the right to request the issuing of a Credit Note no later than 10 working days from the Sale (passthrough via Distributor)

The right to request the issuing of a credit note will not be applied to parts that can be replaced independently by the Reseller itself, which will be sent to the Reseller by the Supplier.

Beyond the aforementioned deadline, the Reseller will have the right to repair the product or, alternatively, where appropriate, to replace it with a product with similar characteristics (standard RMA), or in the absence of these, to issue a Credit Note.

The costs of returning the product to the assistance center remain the responsibility of the Customer
